Who We Are

Mega Universal Capital Solutions Plc (MUCS) was established and registered in 2008 under the Company Act. Initially registered as a limited company named Mega microfinance Co. Ltd later changed its name to Mega Universal Capital Solutions Ltd,thereafter converted to a public Company. MUCS has emerged as a proactive response to the challenges faced by the now-defunct Mega Bank Ltd.

Our primary objective has always been to enhance the quality of life for our clients, their families, and the communities they belong to. To achieve this, we offer a range of financial services, including small advances, as well as various non-financial services such as asset acquisition, leasing, buy now pay later plans, and financial literacy training, among others.

With a robust background, Mr. Mutembei brings extensive expertise gained from his tenure at Barclays Bank and Sidian Banks, where he served in various roles, including Branch Manager. His professional journey also includes a significant stint as the General Manager for Muisaw Solutions, a logistics company operating in Kenya and Sudan.

Mr. Manuel Mwangangi

Meet Manuel Mwangangi, a distinguished professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Greenwich, UK. With a remarkable career spanning over 15 years in the microfinance industry, Manuel has showcased his expertise across various domains including ICT Departments, Business Support, Marketing, and Product Development.
